When will my order ship?

Our products ship after 1-3 days after you placed the order.

 

Will I get an email with my order details?

Yes! We will send you an email as soon as your order is placed summarizing all the details.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may cancel your order while it is still in the processing stage and before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

 

What is the exchange/return policy?

Step 1: E-mail us with your order # and name.

-With a subject of (Refund Request)

-List your product and why you want to return it


Step 2: Our team will contact you (usually within 24 hours) with our address to ship your item back.


Step 3: Ship your item back to us. Once we receive it, we will inspect it.


Step 4: If all is good, we will send a new item. Once we issue the return, you will get an e-mail showing all details about shipping.
